Terms of Sale:
Upon completing your order, you will receive a notification e-mail at the e-mail address provided in your order. EVS will review the order and if any problems arise in processing of the order we will contact you. It is best to provide your telephone number to facilitate this contact process should we need to call you. If your order is received by 3 PM CST we will ship that day; if received later we will still make every effort to ship that day up until 5 PM CST.

On orders shipped outside of the United States quoted freight charges DO NOT include any duties, taxes or custom's fees. Any duties, taxes or custom's fees incurred will be the responsiblity of the buyer / recipient to pay.

Warranty:
Defective NEW telephony cards will be repaired or replaced within 3 years from invoice date. Defective USED telephony cards will be repaired or replaced within 1 year from invoice date. All accessories (cables and adapters) have a 1 year warranty from invoice date.

Power surges & lightning damage are not covered by this warranty on any of our products.

Buyer/User and Seller will each pay the shipping costs of returning any items to each other for repair or replacement. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED HERE.

Return Policy:
Buyer will receive a full refund, less shipping and 15% restocking charge, if the products are returned and received by EVS within 14 days from the date of the original receipt of products by Buyer. To receive full refund on NEW telephony cards, the returned items must be received by EVS in NEW condition in the original packaging with the original packaging un-damaged.
