Once you place an order for computer systems we’ll begin the process of getting the system(s) ready. We typically ship in 2 to 3 business days after receiving an order depending on quantity ordered and the level of customization needed.
A motherboard driver disc is included with each computer but if you need to download drivers please contact us and we’ll provide those to you.
If you need help with a Dialogic card purchased from EVS, we can assist you to the point of getting it started in the Dialogic Configuration Manager, and if necessary prove functionality with a Dialogic Sample Program. If you need assistance getting the card to work with an application not purchased from EVS, contact your application provider.
